Here at Helplink Mental Health we would like to say a big Thank You to all the staff at Galway and Mayo AIB for raising over €3000 for us during the fundraising campaign 2025.

We are grateful to everyone who took part in the AIB coffee mornings to raise vital funds for our service and enjoy a coffee and chat at the same time.

This money will go a long way to supporting Helplink Mental Health to provide free and low cost counselling services to those who need it.

As Safer Gambling Week 2025 comes to a close, we want to encourage you to continue having those conversations with friends, family, and colleagues about gambling.

GamblingCare.ie provides useful tips and resources for gambling habits and help identify the signs of problem gambling.

Helplink, in collaboration with the Gambling Awareness Trust, offers a problem-gambling counselling service across Ireland that is available free of charge. This service is available nationwide through online or phone counselling.
