Flu cases have doubled in Ireland this past week, and we’re seeing a big rise in winter bugs.

Now is a great time to support your Immune System:

This tree is here at Salthill Caravan Park to give hope and awareness to both male and females for breast cancer. A tree of light and hope that will shine bright for the Christmas season.
My name is Sean O Malley and I'm the owner of Salthill Caravan Park and I was diagnosed with male breast cancer in June of this year and I'm currently receiving treatment in uchg under the brilliant care of the staff and nurses.

Only 1% of men get breast cancer usually over the age of 60 ...I was diagnosed at 52 ...my simple message is please check yourselves don't me embarrassed cancer is cancer and it effects everyone and remember there is light at the end of the tunnel. If you would like to donate to Cancer Care West please do but if you don't please always check yourselves!
