I attended a Family constellation workshop in Athlone on Sunday with Edel Moylan. It was a wonderful experience with an amazing group of people. Had such a lovely day on Sunday and met some lovely people . Very good feeling in the room and definitely a lot of healing for me . Didn't know what to expect in the morning and was a bit nervous to be honest , but Edele has a lovely way about her and made us all feel so comfortable . I remember hearing about family constellations from my fellow Japa friends oohing and ahhing about how great it was and how much healing and release they had felt from one of Edels workshops, but when I asked what was it exactly that happens on the day no one was giving me the answer I was looking for,all I got was you must be there to realise how much you can benefit from it! Well I decided to find out for myself. Surely their vagueness as to what goes on would become clear. I remember sharing a lift that morning and the conversation was one of excitement and anticipation and I remember saying that if i shed as much as one tear that that was all I needed to convince myself that the workshop was a success. Not even sure why I said that as I haven't cried in a long time and I hadn't a clue what we were going to do anyways! We got there and Edel settled us in and we began. Within five minutes I was in tears crying uncontrollably (all be it for someone else's loss/sadness). It was like I had recognised that in myself. A few sessions later it was my turn, I spoke of my sadness and astonishingly it was played out before me. It was incredible to see strangers step in to my grief and act it out In such an amazingly compassionate and considerate way. Somehow a release and a closure from my grief occurred. Edel is such an amazing facilitator and is incredibly humble and unassuming in her wisdom and guidance. Thank you Edel xx

Arriving at Edel's Family Constellation Workshop I was filled with anxiety as to what lay ahead....looking around at all the other faces I could see they too were feeling somewhat the same....within minutes we were all put at ease as Edel started to explain what a Family Constellation Workshop was all about....and from here we were eased into what I can only describe as life altering work.....words alone cannot describe the positive changes which came about for me during and after the workshop...I can say 100% without hesitation that my relationship changed for the better in every area of my life....I no longer question the whys and what ifs of the past....I do not need to as I now understand the human behind the being. I went to a family constellation at the weekend. We were seated in a circle. Each of us, one at a time, whenever we felt ready, had to sit at the top of the room with Edel, who was holding the constellation, and give a general idea of our circumstances. Then we had to pick people out of the circle to represent our families and had to place them in position, then sit back and watch them as they got feelings and urges of what to say. It was unbelievable what happened next. As I watched the lady acting out my role, I could not believe she was getting the same feelings as me, as I had never met her before. The family constellations are absolutely phenomenal. It can go back generations and break cycles that are passed on. It is a very rewarding and healing day. It has helped me in my life to move forward, forgive, and live my life to the fullest. Thanks again, Edel. CD

I have found the The Family Constellations workshop to be a great process for realising my own role in my family as a son and father. It has also acted as a catalyst for me in asserting my own right of place and in understanding how this applies to other members of my family. I can see how this can shift patterns and help to bring things into their proper perspective and hopefully bring about change for the good in our family system.. Edel Moylan is a very caring and intuitive facilitator. She gives her all to the process and straight away establishes an environment of honesty and safety for participants. She offers a truly welcoming and hospitable environment and makes everybody feel at ease. Her energy and passion for her work is truly wonderful. This was my 1st time attending this type of workshop so I didnt really know what to expect but I came with an open mind. While I didnt do a constellation myself, I did get to partake in others, which in itself was a truly powerful, healing and humbling experience. Edel is a fantastic lady, the way she holds the space, the feelings and the participants. Nobody gets to wander off on their "story" but are encouraged to feel the feelings. Edel has this special gift of making everyone feel welcome and immediately at ease. The trust and healing that took place in that workshop was awe inspiring. Hello my name is Fintan I arrived in Clooniffee at Edelman Moylons family constilation yesterday with a group of males & females of different ages makes & models . We all arrived with tight stomachs, silent hellos and short glances from under tight eyebrows, hearts pounding in tight chests, car park filling - no way off escape ;-) Then our facilitator Edel the queen of the hive took us wounded little bees back on a historic journey through the Great people who gave us life and lay the path way for us in life to discover the Great unknowns. BUT when things go wrong we carry other people's baggage instead of saying no. Now I'm a simple guy that enjoy s simple things & I always like value for money, so end of story -best money ever spent €60 invest in yourself . Cheaper than wine not as deer as the doctor and no side effects! Have yourself a wonderful day . I am :-) FH
