Dr. Florian Stefanov owns a PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering, which involved cardiovascular research work done in the Galway-Medical Technologies Centre (GMedTech) at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology(GMIT), Ireland. Sherif Sultan. His research is focused on assessing the influencing factors associated with the performance of the stent-graft fits used for the treatment of abdominal and thoracic aneurysms. He owns a MSc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Honours) First Class Honours in Biotechnological and Ecological Systems Engineering from Politehnica University of Bucharest, Romania, Faculty of Biotechnical Systems Engineering (2008). His work focused on the modelling and simulation of biomass production processes for microorganisms, such as: Saccharomyces cerevisae yeast, in modern bioreactors, which involved designing and automation of bioreactors to grow and multiply living cells. He, also, owns a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering, First Class Honours from GMIT (2007), Ireland. His thesis focused on syringe pump design with automatic flow rate control, which involved designing of an automatic syringe pump for medical care purposes. SELECTED PUBLICATIONS
