Another lovely class we had last week. Great to see the confidence and skills building.
We’ll have another drop in and beginner friendly class this Saturday 2.30-4.30 at the Pole Garage fitness centre in Liosban. €15 for two hours.

We had a very uplifting session last week (boom boom!). we will play it by ear tomorrow, but at the moment we are hedging to have a class from 2.30-4.30 as normal.
We’ll focus on more bird variations, including folded leaf therapeutics.
Drop ins are welcome at €15 for two hours. No need to bring a partner, and mats are provided. It’s beginner friendly too!

Our Acroyoga course this Saturday is again open to drop-ins! It’s beginner friendly, so come along if you’ve always wanted to try Acro.
We are focussing on the bird, and variations and sequences from that basic posture.
It’s 15 Euro for drop in, and the class takes place at the Pole Garage fitness centre near Liosban 14.30-16.30. Everyone’s welcome, come with or without a partner! Mats are supplied.

Five week course in Acroyoga. 2.30 at the pole garage fitness centre in Liosban. Drop ins are welcome today, or on other Saturdays if you have done Acroyoga or something similar before.

I’m delighted to be putting on a five week beginner course in Acroyoga in Galway on Saturdays starting this February 17th.

The course will be five two hour sessions. We’ll cover Partner Stretches, Flying, therapeutic lifts, safety spotting, and yoga massage. The course will be the first module in a series, so there’ll be lots of chances to earn your wings!

No need to bring a partner, and mats are provided. And you don’t need any special level of fitness, it’s all about technique!

Spaces are limited to 16 so you’ll get be plenty of personal attention
