I received my initial training at the World Renowned Academy of Natural Health in London under both the Massage Training Institute (MTI) and ITEC. I first qualified as a Holistic Massage Practitioner and have furthered my career much further by qualifying in Neuromuscular and Physical Therapy, Trigger Point Myofascial Dry Needling, Clinical Reflexology, Clinical and Spiritual Aromatherapy Healing Massage, Reiki Master Practitioner, Orthopaedic Sports Massage, Ayurvedic Massage Practitioner, Chinese Cupping Massage, Sacral Abdominal Massage for Fertility and Digestive problems and as a Master of Crystology (Crystal Therapy). I have also completed many postgraduate courses and Workshops in Hot Stone Therapy, Holistic Pulsing, Indian Head Massage, Shirodhara and Immunity Care & Subtle Energy for Body workers, Working Deeper, Thai Yoga Massage, Reflexology for Cancer, and Counselling Skills for Clients Diagnosed with Cancer. I then went on to qualify in the love of my life, Angel Guidance Healing and Therapy, I am a fully qualified Angel and Golden Atlantean Teacher with the Diana Cooper School and an Angel Medium and Angel Guidance Practitioner and Angel Card Reader

As well as being trained at the advanced level of MTI and also ITEC, I am also a member of the GCMT (General Council for Massage Therapy), I trained under ANMPT (The Association of Neuromuscular and Physical Therapists) and for many years have been a member ARCHTI (Association of Registered Complementary Health Therapists of Ireland). I run my own successful practice, carrying out Angelic Ascension Atlantean Energy and Intuitive Healing, I am also a Sound Healer working with Adults and Children, I do most Complementary Therapies and Physical Therapy in centres for Ability West and Brothers of Charity, working with special needs children and adults. I also work with local GAA teams, Soccer, runners, and rowers, as well as the local community in Connemara and Salthill, Galway City, County Galway. I am available to do presentations and stress and relaxation workshops for local charities and businesses and onsite massage services in the corporate sector. I am a Complementary Therapy Tutor based in Galway and I am a CIMI IAIM qualified Infant Baby Massage Instructor, Lifeskills Consultant and City and Guilds Qualified Tutor. I am also working with the Carers Association of Ireland providing Stress and Lifeskills one day workshops and have just finished two further courses on stress for the Department of Science and Education for the parents of teenagers in Carraroe and Rosmuc Schools in Connemara.
