I have also completed postgraduate courses and Workshops in Hot Stone Therapy, Holistic Pulsing, Indian Head Massage, and Immunity Care & Subtle Energy for Body workers, Working Deeper, Thai Yoga Massage, Reflexology for Cancer, precision reflexology, palliative Care, immunity care and Counselling Skills for Clients Diagnosed with Cancer. As well as membership of MTI and ITEC, I am also a member of the GCMT (General Council for Massage Therapy), I was previously with the ANMT (The Association of Neuromuscular and Physical Therapists), ARCHTI (Association of Registered Complementary Health Therapists of Ireland), FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) and was with IMTA (Irish Massage Therapists Association) for many years
I run my own practice, I work carrying out complementary therapies and physical therapies in centres for Ability West and Brothers of Charity in Carraroe, Casla and Inverin, working with special needs children and adults. I am also work with local GAA teams, and runners and rowers, in Connemara, Lettermore and Galway City in the Triskel Centre Salthill Galway. I have completed voluntary work at the London Connemara and Galway Marathons, The Irish Centre in London. I do presentations for local charities and businesses and onsite massage services in the corporate sector. I am a Qualified Tutor and an IAIM qualified Infant Baby Massage Instructor and City and Guilds Qualified Tutor. I also working with the Carers Association of Ireland providing Stress and Lifeskills one day workshops and have just finished a course of evening classes in stress for the Department of Science and Education for the parents of teenagers in Carraroe School, Connemara. Available for Stress and Relaxation Workshops, Life Skills, currently working with the Carers Association of Ireland running Stress Workshops in the Galway Area.
