This meditation course explores how challenges, whether external difficulties, difficult people or inner struggles become a source of stress or discouragement, and how meditation can transform our response to them.
Drawing on ancient Buddhist wisdom, we will learn what our real challenge actually is and how to meet this challenge with wisdom, courage, and a calm, flexible mind.
Through guided meditations, practical teachings, and reflection, participants will discover how to stop feeling overwhelmed and instead use difficulties as opportunities for inner growth.
The course focuses on developing mental strength, patience, and wisdom, enabling us to remain steady and positive even when circumstances are not easy.
