40 Hrs Menopause Teacher Training with Yoga Alliance
100hrs Yin yoga Training with Yoga Alliance
28hrs Childrens Yoga Training with Yoga Alliance
and
200 hr Meditation Teacher Certification with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance India
and another 200hr and 300hr certification from Yoga Alliance India

I am constantly learning more about yoga and have done further couses on yoga for cancer and pallative care, Trauma Informed Yoga and especially love working with and empowering women in their practice, the special needs population and the elderly

There is so much yoga and show you if you are open to try

I am not your typical yoga, I am middle aged, with a normal female middle aged figure, so know what its like if are going through menopause, weight issues, stress, etc, all I ask is that you are open to try yoga and see what it does for you

Its with a bursting heart I want to thank everyone who helped out, took part, donated or is still going to donate for the LETTERCALLOW MEMORIAL WALK FOR THOSE LOVED ONES WE HAVE LOST IN CONNEMARA, it is always such a beautiful day and a time when community and friends get together.
Feeling So Blessed to be able to remember and honour our loved ones, whether losing them a while back or recently, so very very grateful for your kind sharing and support, much love and gratitude from us all x We have raised €1360 so far, still open for online or cash donations till 10 October, Love Light and Blessings x

A Little About Me, I have trained in Hatha Yoga, Transformational yoga, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. As well as Being a 300hr Certified Yoga Teacher I have also obtained another 50 hrs Training in Yin Yoga and am also a Raimnow Kids Certifed Yoga Teacher as well as many other modalities.
