I have trained in Plexus Bio Energy Therapy with well know Micheal O’Doherty and I have been awarded a
European Diploma in Bio Energy Therapy. I have treated
many people with Bio Energy therapy, many who had amazing benefits. More recently I graduated from National University of Ireland, Galway
with a Bachelor of Nursing Science, Psychiatry. I am currently a Registered
Psychiatric Nurse. I believe that combining both areas of training can provide an in-depth holistic treatment to individuals. I have completed 200 hour Yoga teacher training and I specialise in meditation and breathing techniques. I have been on a Autism Journey with our amazing son Aaron after he was diagnosed in June 2020... Taking it One Day at a time � Please feel free to reach out and connect�
