I am loving these sports socks my daughter got as part of her Feile gear. They have supportive ankle and arch support but space for the medial and lateral Malleoli with cushioning. This is a great addition to a support socks as it doesn’t limit movement or increase pressure. Let’s hope they do well in their matches.

POV: You ignore a tiny itch on your foot and now you’re in a full psychological thriller called The Fungus Among Us.

Tried to treat athlete’s foot like it was a minor character.
Turns out it’s the main villain.
Plot twist: the real athlete is the fungus. It’s been running laps on your foot for weeks.

Current training plan:
1. Antifungal cream
2. Clean socks (washed at 60 degrees)
3. Emotional support
4. Burning your shoes (optional but tempting)

Moral of the story: Dry your feet. This is not a drill.

Fungal nails. Not exactly a glamorous topic, but neither is pretending your big toe isn’t plotting something suspicious under that sock.

If your nail is looking thicker, yellower, or like it’s been through a rough breakup, it might not just be “one of those things.” Fungal nails are super common, treatable, and absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about. They just love warm, dark places… basically tiny introverts living their best life in your shoes.

Your feet carry you around all day. The least we can do is make sure nothing weird is renting space on the nails.
