We need to take a broader look at slimming. Weight loss affects every part of ones life and is connected to our higher values. Unfortunately we think slimming is a higher value, we think if we were slim we would be happy loved cool disciplined etc. Slimming is in fact a low value we seek it because we think it will produce the same contentment as high values but it does not in and of itself. That is why we fail at slimming. In joy2slim we connect clients with their high values from the start and slimming is simply a side affect of a good quality of life. It is not slim then happy, its happy then slim.

Test your fitness, exhale hold for 10 secs if not possible, exercise will be very difficult for you to do, if possible then go ahead and build up slowly. Do not try this if u have a medical condition. If you failed build up by practice till you can comfortably hold exhalation for over 10 secs now start your exercise programme.
