This gentle yet powerful workshop combines the grounding stillness of Yin Yoga with the calming support of Restorative Yoga, culminating in a deeply healing Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) practice.

You’ll be guided through slow, mindful postures that release tension in the body, calm the mind, and create space for deep restoration.

The session ends with Yoga Nidra—also known as “yogic sleep”—a practice scientifically proven to improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and bring the body into a state of deep healing.

Yin yoga is a powerful way to reduce inflammation, nurture the nervous system, relax the deep connective tissue and help you connect with and heal your fascia.
