Absolutely loved being part of “A Time to Pause” wellness breakout session during their team event in Galway at the stunning 🩵

We meditated, moved out of tension and took a collective deep breath with a variety of breathing exercises to bring a sense of balance, relaxation and stress relief - exactly what hard working event planners need 🙏🏼

It’s good to be back! 🧘🏼‍♀️

The expectation vs. reality of what my journey into new motherhood was going to look and feel like has been so different - but so much better than I could imagine. Having a baby has forced me into rest, presence and surrender… although I’ve loved and learned so much from that, it’s time I start giving back to me in ways I know I enjoy and will feel better from 🧘🏼‍♀️

Any other new moms out there trying to find their way back to themselves only to find you’re forever changed 🥹 I see you!

2025 was a very big year for us on a personal level - never in our wildest dreams did we think we would be so lucky to be able to share the experience of becoming mothers to baby girls 7 weeks apart!

Although this brought absolute magic for our families, it also brought challenges for our business as both of us would be on maternity leave at the same time… and any other self employed people out there will know the stress of that 😅

We are so grateful you’re still here following us and we can’t wait to get back to sharing helpful reels, wellness tips and manifestation prompts with you 🥰

2026 is already lining up to be a busy year with Workshops, Zen Hens, Escapes & Online Classes & Challenges… first up… whose ready to escape to with us? 👀

The Winter Recharge is BACK 🥳… and we couldn’t be more ready or excited for this one! Trying to juggle life as new mums and trying to find time for ourselves is harder these days so this challenge is the perfect tool to keep us, and all of you who participate with us, the chance to check in daily and make sure that your receiving some much needed self care.

This 4 week challenge is for anyone that is looking for daily doses of mental and physical wellbeing, connection, weekly recipe ideas and emotional support along the way.
