Christmas got off to a great start yesterday.
Fr. O'Gorman celebrated mass. Everyone ready to Party. Santa came early with presents for the good and the naughty!!. Music provided by Ollie Crowe and his band. ( family/friends and neighbours). Ollie is taking bookings!!

Grace ( Chef Kierans daughter) and Roisin, both TY pupils in Seamount College, Kinrara have developed a Mini Business as part of a TY Project.
They make customised wooden gifts for hurling lovers. The perfect Christmas present.

Residents feeling very festive today in the Nursing Home.
Ben performed the annual switching on of the lights ceremony for Christmas.
Everyone sang Christmas carols and enjoyed mince pies and glass of Mulled wine.
We are in the festive mood.

Today we were treated to a real Halloween treat. 6th class pupils came and performed for the residents in full costumes. Recycling was the theme and cereal killers the winners.
Shrek, devil's, cats, all sorts of scary characters. 😨 thanks to Muinteoir for all his help.
All residents love to see the children.

Purple💜💜 is the colour of Alzheimer's and Dementia awareness 💜😔💜 I'm asking everyone to COPY this on their page... Pretty sure I know the ones that will. Think about someone you know or love who has had or has Alzheimer's or dementia. It’s a cruel disease that takes away the person you knew.
