Service Engineer / Mechanic Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Engineer/Mechanic to join our team. The role involves:

* Performing service, repair, and maintenance work on specialist equipment
* Nationwide travel as required
* Strong competency in auto-electrics and mechanical systems
* Proven experience in a similar role is essential
* An HGV licence is advantageous but not mandatory
* Must be capable of working independently and using own initiative

We are currently looking for an Automotive Electrician to join our team.

Must haves
• Qualified Automotive Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Technician
• Strong understanding of vehicle electronic systems, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools.
• Minimum two years previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to develop and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation for vehicle electronics.
• Ability to self-manage, work to achieve reasonable project deliverable deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience of working with electronic control units programmed with Boolean Logic will be an advantage.
• Current Driving License for Ireland

Thart ar an ám seo anuraidh, cuireadh ceist orainn an mbeadh suim againn páirt a ghlacadh ar an gclár oideachasúil 'Conas?'. Tháinig Micheál agus Clíodhna go dtí Sídheán Teo go bhfeifidh siad mar a dhéantar inneall doiteáin .

Last year we were asked to appear on 'Conas?' a children's tv show on Cúla 4, TG4 to show how fire engines are designed and made here in Spiddal, Co. Galway. Micheál and Clíodhna spent the day with us learning all about what goes in to the making of fire engines.
