We were delighted to co-host this lovely event for the amazing ladies in the ATU Cumasú program this evening in honour of Nollaig na Mná tomorrow.
Alison from opened by guiding us all to light candles 🕯️ & write answers to thought provoking journal prompts around slowing down & putting our own needs first.

Laura from .ie then got us all to slow down with a guided meditation 🧘‍♀️ & sound healing to re-connect to ourselves, receive support & guidance.

Thanks to all the lovely ladies who attended & to and .ie for organising 🙌

We will come together to reflect on the year that has passed, releasing what doesn’t serve us to bring into the new year. We will light candles and focus on the intentions and energy we want to bring into the light, into the Spring and New Year.

The evening will be a mix of mini rituals, guided meditation, sound healing, oracle cards and nourishment to bring us back into alignment with nature and this upcoming time of rebirth, renewal and revitalisation.

We are delighted to announce that we are now taking bookings in Clifden for 1:1 private healing appointments & for distance healing also if you can’t make it to Clifden. Come give it a try, I would love to show you the new location.

We are located across the road from the courthouse (beside AIB). Book yourself or a loved one in for some relaxation, stress relief and healing before the busy season.
