It’s been a year of travel, birthdays, friends, family, a new tree for Clodagh’s 30th, a few broken toes that stopped me in my tracks, Conor with us for Christmas. Realisation that life is never going to be perfect but I can make a choice to choose happiness and love as much as I can❤️ Thanks for the good company and inspiration 🙏🏻 Have a good 2026😘.

Delighted to be welcoming and her Cellofinity immersive sonic journey to our beautiful studio in Galway’s Westend. Cellofinity is an immersive sonic journey of the cello’s resonance. Where vibration meets the body, and the frequencies become a language of remembering. Guided by Tara-Lee’s layered multi-cello compositions, the experience invites stillness, soft unravelling, and deep rest, drawing attendees into a field of resonance where group coherence begins to emerge as a kind of medicine. It’s taken me a while to post about Summer School this year. It was the most poignant and powerful one for me this time. Aging is a privilege and I could not think of a better place to spend my summer than in Colares with by my side and with our incredible teacher and friend . Never a dull moment, always enquiring and super fun too. Thanks and love to all of you for making it possibly the best summer school ever and hopefully not the last🤞🏼🤞🏼❤️

The sweetest memories of a full week of learning with Petri at Purple Valley Yoga. Meeting old friends and making new ones. Nourishing, colourful food made with care and love. Keeping the joy in the practice. Thanks to all of you who made my first retreat alone supportive and fun!

A new year! 2024 was a full year with Clodagh and Roo’s wedding making it one of the best years ever. The day was the most special of days and watching them celebrate their love amongst our families and friends was amazing! I moved the Mysore program to An Seomra Yoga in Galway’s west end. It was a change like every change that I worried about ? However it felt like coming home as I started my ashtanga journey right behind those windows looking out on the small crane. It has been a good move and I look forward to another year in this historic space . My newest grand nephew Ted was born bringing a brother for Olive!
Sadly this year was not without it’s loss and shocked us beyond words to loose Sharath. 💔Gone but not forgotten.
I continue to pass on this practice that has so positively impacted my life.

Shocked and saddened to hear that Sharath is no longer with us and suddenly passed from this world❤️‍🩹 Thinking of his mother, his wife and children and all the students who loved him so much. On our trip to Mysore in 2015 I was touched by how kind Sharath was to us both. May Sharath rest in peace 🙏🏻
