Currently suffering with sinus and nasal congestion and these are my 2 go to products - nasal sinus rinse first thing in the morning as the mucus tends to build up overnight followed by a Sudafed tablet keeps me breathing clearly for the day.
Sudafed isn’t suitable for everyone. Check with pharmacist
