This two-hour workshop will focus on lower body muscle groups stressed by running and daily life.
We will create yin yoga shapes, supported by props, stretching deep into the fascia and tissues to target these areas and aid recovery, while cultivating stillness, self compassion and mindfulness.
No prior yoga experience necessary. You don't even have to be a runner to attend! This workshop will benefit every body - regardless of shape, size or fitness level.
DM or whatsapp Gabrielle on 0879747779 to book! Spaces are limited.

Yin is a slow practice where we hold poses for 3-5 minutes supported by props and blankets. It is a personal, introspective practice where we aim to use props to stretch target areas, rather than look a certain way. No prior experience of yoga is necessary. No specific level of fitness is necessary.
This is a safe space to allow you to connect with your body and mind. We will finish class with a short meditation to allow us to reflect on our practice.
This practice is accessible to people of all ages and is beneficial to you, whether you run, swim, train or play no sports at all. Yin yoga is for everyone!

My goal is to teach you how to use yoga as a tool to live a happier, freer and more balanced life - your body and mind will thank you too!
I started practicing yoga while I was at college, and I found the two hours a week I spent in that room were the only hours I wasn’t stressing about how much work I had to do or how I was going to get everything done!
Fast forward eight years and here I am. I’m not as flexible as I was when I was 23, but I know now that yoga isn’t just about flexibility. It brings me balance in my life - on and off my mat - and I want to help you find the same.
Meon agus Anam Yoga began in November 2017 when I taught my first meditation during my meditation and mindfulness teacher training course in Perth, Western Australia.
I thought about why I did yoga - to connect my mind (meon) and my soul (anam). I move my body and steady my mind so I can live a balanced life. I realised I wanted to share how I achieved a little bit of calm through yoga - both moving in postures and sitting in mediation - and help people achieve the same.
I completed my Yoga teacher training with YogaUnion in Ubud in Bali, Indonesia in February 2018 and I am very excited to share my practice and knowledge with you!
Beginning in May 2018, I’m bringing gentle and beginners vinyasa flow classes to Athlone, Co. Westmeath.
