As this year comes to an end and another one begins , it's a good time for reflection and acknowledgement of a few important facts.
Homeopathy has been part of my life now for nearly 3 decades now as I continue to share knowledge of homeopathy with you or assist you in some way.
It is always rooted in understanding and compassion for whatever you are experiencing with the laws of Homeopathy to support and bring health and healing back into balance.
I also use neuro linguistic psychology in cases where it's needed or coaching .
We have walked this path together for many of you ❣️🙏. Your continued support means so much 🙏. I am always striving for better natural health care through Homeopathy as the main modality.
Whether we meet for a season , reason or a lifetime of Homeopathy together , each one of you that I have interacted with , spread across so many countries and cultures it is so humbling to have such a community together 💕🙏
May this new year strengthen our trust in learning , in nature , in ourselves and our healing , I wish you all health and balance and absolute joy .

A word of thanks for your trust over the year , for your presence and your questions and messages that urge me to keep showing up as good as is possible to support you.Whether you reached out for help on line or in person, recommended me or followed along out of curiosity as there was something I shared , it all means a lot. If you have attended one of my workshops or training and you have continued to engage in your health and wellness then that is wonderful, If I have supported you on your journey or helped a family member through their suffering , it is always humbling and I am grateful for the messages that come back even in some cases months after they have been seen .
I hope you can find moments of rest , warmth and gentleness as we continue to be in Winter in whatever way feels right for you.
Most of all I would like to wish you all warm wishes for a peaceful Christmas 🎄 and New year. ✨ ⭐

If life feels full and tiring right now and this year has stretched you , the Solstice is a day to reflect , journal , go inwards for healing and growth before you come back to the light. I love to mark the day , this year I will be hiking in Connemara,observing the low sun in the sky and the long shadows on the hills, I will also join a group for Reflection on the 22 nd for renewal , growth and healing

Sleeplessness from night watching , caring for someone

To all of you who may be on night duty nursing a loved one at night.

Maybe a family member who is sick or an elderly person. Another use of COCCULUS is that many are not aware of.
