At the Galway Bowen Therapy Clinic we take a holistic approach to Pain Management with the use of Bowen Therapy. We also operate a Pilates & Fitness Center of Excellence at the Clinic. The Center is open to the general public as well as those who wish to use it for rehabilitative purposes. We practice Stott Pilates (the Gold Standard in Pilates) and offer Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates and Rehabilitative Pilates at our Studios. For those looking for an effective cardiovascular workout, our qualified instructors also offer Bungee and Pump & Tone Classes. These classes are guaranteed to get your heart pumping and you will have fun while doing so.
