Inflammation or infection of the appendix (appendicitis) often produces lower right-sided pelvic or abdominal pain that may occur along with nausea, vomiting, and fever.

Appendicitis typically starts with a pain in the middle of your tummy (abdomen) that may come and go.
Within hours, the pain travels to your lower right-hand side, where the appendix is usually located, and becomes constant and severe.
Pressing on this area, coughing or walking may make the pain worse.

Pudendal neuralgia is painful, but treatable.

After identifying physical problems that might've contributed to the nerve damage – say, abnormal body mechanics – and possibly treating them with physical therapy,

doctors can try treatments such as muscle relaxers and neuromodulator drugs, as well as manual therapy.

Pelvic Pain is common in a majority of people.

Although most adhesions are painless and do not cause complications, adhesions cause 60 to 70 per cent of small bowel obstructions in adults and are believed to contribute to the development of chronic pelvic pain. Adhesion-related disorder (ARD) is a group of symptoms that may occur as a result of adhesions.

In many cases, abdominal adhesions do not cause symptoms. If they do cause symptoms, chronic abdominal pain is the most common symptom. Abdominal adhesions may cause intestinal obstruction, which can be life-threatening.

The amount of hormones released depends on the body's need at a given time.
Hormone levels change in response to stress, infection, and other factors.
Hormones affect growth and metabolism, and can also affect a person's ability to conceive.

The endocrine hormones help control mood, growth and development, the way our organs work, metabolism , and reproduction. The endocrine system regulates how much of each hormone is released.

It is similar to other chronic conditions, such as arthritis, that, while treatable, are not curable. No known cure exists for CPPS, but treatments based on the cooperation of patient and physician makes this condition more bearable. Over time, this condition may improve or stabilize on its own.

If you suddenly develop severe pelvic pain, it might be a medical emergency and you should seek medical attention promptly. Be sure to get pelvic pain checked by your doctor if it's new, if it disrupts your daily life, or if it has gotten worse over time.

Aside from making healthy lifestyle choices and addressing medication side effects or untreated medical conditions, there's little you can do to naturally boost your testosterone level.

Testosterone levels vary greatly among men. In general, however, older men tend to have lower testosterone levels than do younger men.

In most young men, testosterone production reaches its maximum at about age 17, and levels remain high for the next two to three decades. On average, healthy young men produce about six milligrams of testosterone a day.

Testosterone is a hormone produced by the human body. It's mainly produced in men by the testicles. Testosterone affects a man's appearance and s*xual development. It stimulates s***m production as well as a man's s*x drive. It also helps build muscle and bone mass.

Decreases in testosterone can lead to physical changes including the following: increased body fat, decreased strength/mass of muscles, fragile bones etc.

Problems associated with abnormally high testosterone levels in men include: Low s***m counts, shrinking of the testicles and impotence, heart muscle damage and increased risk of heart attack, prostate enlargement with difficulty urinating etc.

The urachus is a remnant of a channel between the bladder and the umbilicus (belly button) where urine initially drains in the fetus during the 1st trimester of pregnancy.

The channel of the urachus usually seals off and obliterates around the 12th week of gestation.

Disorders of the urachus occur when there are abnormalities with the sealing off of the channel during fetal development.

Often, this is asymptomatic and is only detected when an ultrasound is performed for other reasons.

An ureterocele happens when the end of ureters that enters the bladder don't develop properly. It is considered to be a birth defect. The ureteral end swells like a balloon that may stop flow of urine to the bladder.

Normally, the urine flows freely from the kidney to the bladder, but a ureterocele can block part or all of the stream, sometimes even causing the urine to flow backward into your child's kidney.
