We are delighted to announce the arrival of our sunrise sauna vouchers! Which have already started making the rounds into some people's hands 👀

Want to get your hands on some of your own? To claim x2 free sunrise sauna vouchers you can bring a friend down and do a session anytime to claim one each!

These vouchers are limited and won't be around forever, make sure to get down before they are all gone!

We had the pleasure of welcoming the lovely Miriam Mullins and her friends to the sauna the energy was great and good fun was had!
On top of that, the talented students from Ballymaloe Cookery School joined us for some coastal heat therapy and sea dips.
