CCP will be delivering a Parents Plus Adolescent Programme - 9 sessions across Spring 2026. This Parents Plus Adolescent Programme will be delivered in collaboration with the [HSCLs] from
Presentation Secondary School, Ballyphehane
& ColΓ‘iste Γ‰amann RΓ­s - Cork City

Parents Plus Adolescent Programme is an evidence-based parenting course promoting effective communication and positive relationships in families with adolescents aged 11 to 16 years.
This 9 week programme includes topics on how to:
Manage and resolve conflict
Positively discipline adolescents
Negotiate rules and boundaries
Solve problems together
Communicate positively and effectively
Reduce your own stress as parents

On day 16, we remain in 12th place on the Munster Leaderboard. Well done to our step trackers who have consistently remained there of there abouts in the Top 5 in our Glanmire and Sarsfields Healthy Clubs group.

This evening, we had another great group of walkers in Glanmire Community College for our walk. We did 7 loops of the floodlit walking track πŸ‘πŸ‘ A share of participants in the pic below πŸ“Έ
