A few "shhnapps" of some of the beautiful souls who journeyed the breath with me in Ballymaloe last Sunday (and also got nabbed for a picture afterwards haha), but what a journey it was!!
We laughed, cried, released and connected deeply inwards using the breath in a dynamic way to help heal the mind, body and soul ✨
Some incredible experiences and shares again, thank you to everyone who came and showed up for themselves.
