A real pleasure to work with the team at St. Vincent's University Hospital delivering two days of Mental Health First Aid Ireland training.

Lots of great energy & experience in the room exploring skills that could be applied in our work or personal lives when supporting a person with an emerging mental health concern or crisis.

Wonderful to also finally get to deliver live with Rebekkah Woolfson after years of working online together.
