What a wonderful way to kick off 2026 🎉

The .official Counselling and Psychotherapy Research journal published by invited me to complete my first ever Peer Review of an article. 🙏🏼

It was an enjoyable experience and a lovely way to affirm the work I have been doing to date, especially as I am currently in a reflective frame of mind as it is! ☺️

What else might come in 2026 is unknown but this is a great way to start the year and get back to things after the festive season. 👌🏼

An excellent training which I highly recommend if you are a trauma therapist. A good refresher for my work with clients challenged by trauma, childhood sexual/physical/emotional abuse and su***de. Lots of new learning too.
