Escape with me to Hotwell House on the magical land of the Boyne Valley. Immerse yourself in all the beauty this land has to offer us.

Reconnect with your Inner Flame, your true self, what brings you joy, what truly lights you up & makes you feel good.

Taking some time out for yourself from the busy day to day routines.
This time of the year can be a bit hectic & stressful for alot of people with the lead up to Christmas which is exactly why I am offering this space for us to pause.

I was lucky enough to spent time up here last year in the country side & everything is provided for so once we arrive we don't need to leave again until its time to go home.
Stepping completely out of society for a few days to recharge, be held & recieve healing 🌹

Think Freedom ✨️🧡🦋

Delighted to announce my online course is back for the month of October.

I designed this course 2 years ago as an opportunity to bring community together online during the colder months.
A space where we can still feel held & supported with like minded souls, but from the comfort of our own homes.

We will meet every Tuesday from 7.30-8.30pm online via Zoom.

Each week I will guide you through some gentle practices such as Breath, Meditation, Visualization & MET (modern energy tapping) simular to EFT.
It's a beautiful way to start each week, allowing you space to clear the busy minds. To help you focus your thoughts in a more positive way, letting go of fear & negative based ways of thinking.

I always keep the container small to allow a more intimate setting for us so places will be limited.

Nestle in with us in the gorgeous Kilcarbry House Enniscorthy on Thursday 22nd August from 7pm-9pm.

Where we will take time to clear the minds & reconnect to our energy bodies.

You will be guided through some gentle breathwork flowing into a guided meditation journey to connect with the Sun God Lugh as we reach another turning point in the Celtic wheel Lughnasa. A time of harvest & to tend to our hearts.

We have created a beautiful journal for you to set intentions in and you will receive a crystal on the evening to set your intentions into also.

Helping your goals, dreams & desires come to fruition.

Aoife is a Conscious Connected Breathwork Coach. She guides participants through Active Breathwork Journeys to connect to their subconscious thoughts, feelings and memories. This enables breathers to discover their truest desires and what might be blocking them in achieving these desires.

Aoife runs group and individual programmes over 4, 6 & 8 week periods to support them on their self-discovery journey.

Before closing the space Clodagh will ground you back in guiding you through a gentle EFT practice.

EFT is used by tapping on meridian points throughout the body which sends calming signals to the brain letting the brain know its safe to relax. which can instantly calm your whole nervous system. Tapping gives you the opportunity to bring your life back into balance reducing any stress, anxiety or depression that's being caused in your life around relationships, work, finance fears, addiction and so much more.

We will have time at the end for some herbal tea & chats

About Last Night ❤

So beyond grateful for this beautiful community I have here on my doorstep 🙏 sitting with these beautiful women 🙏

Last night a few of us sat together in circle sharing our experiences that we've had with Mary Magdalene & the Rose Lineage 🌹
We shared our stories, music, poems and teachings with one another.

A space of pure unconditional love was felt, there was no judgement no matter where anyone was on there journey no higher archery.
A space where everyone witnessed & respected one another for exactly who they are.

This day 3 years ago I sat on this very beach at my beautiful friend, sister, guide gathering in honour of Mary Magdalene.
It was my first time to really gain a sense what community felt like.

I didn't really understand who Mary Magdalene was only the stories we were told growing up in the Catholic Church.
I didnt really understand what the Rose Lineage was or where it came from. The mysteries of it all had me very curious. I felt like there was so much to be unveiled, that what I had been told didn't resignate anymore.
I felt there was so much more.

The teachings I've learnt felt & witnessed over the last few years have been life changing for me along my journey feeling such support from within & from source.

Our trip to Glastonbury working with the Mother line & the sacred waters allowed me to understand the depths even more.

Finding Rahanni Celestial Healing along my path has also been life changing for me. Rahanni has brought me deeper into the heart space of pure unconditional love. It has allowed me to understand the Masculine & Feminine energies and how important they are together in untiy.
Learning how to let go of old negative ways of thinking, judgement of self & others, learning to forgive, learning to love myself for who I was and for who I am. Love starts with ourselves.

To be here at this moment in time, to witness the Divine Feminine Energy Rising ♾️🩸❤🔥

I'm just sharing my words from my heart of what I wanted to say here this morning after reflecting back on the absolute draíocht from last night ✨️
