New 6 week yoga block starting on Monday 14th July @ 7.30- 8.30pm (skipping August bank holiday monday)

A hatha yoga style class which includes breathwork, meditation, mobility, a range of yoga poses focusing on alignment of the body and a relaxation to end the class feeling rejuvenated and ready for the week ahead.
Suitable for beginners and all levels, props and mats provided.

📍Location: The Olive Room, in the Palms Health & Wellbeing Centre, Gorey.

6 week class block for €70

5 and 4 week class options also available.

This hatha yoga style class is suitable for beginners and all levels with the use of yoga props to support you in the poses, allowing you to work at your own level/ability, whether you're a complete beginner or more advanced. ☑️

Class structure includes breathwork/meditation, mobility, a variety of yoga poses and ending with a beautiful relaxation to set you up for the day feeling energised and refreshed.

This block we will focus on hip opening poses including hip mobility and strengthening of the spine along with improving flexibility and overall a great stress release.
A hatha yoga style class which incorporates breathwork, mobility, sequence of poses and finishes with a ten minute relaxation. ✨️
Suitable for beginners and all levels with use of props and all equipment is provided.
