Exciting News for Mums! 🌿✨

Pregnancy and postpartum reflexology treatments are now available . This gentle relaxing treatment can help with anxiety and stress and a range of uncomfortable pregnancy symptoms. Research has also suggested that regular treatments during pregnancy may shorten the length of labour and reduce labour pain. During the postpartum period it can be a deeply restorative treatment helping with milk production and hormone balancing.
Finding childcare isn’t always easy, so you’re welcome to bring your baby along ! 💕
