Starting my day right with a nourishing bowl of 4 tablespoons of yogurt packed with live cultures, 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds, 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds, and a small handful of walnuts!

Feeling grateful 🙏 Last night I had an unforgettable birthday celebration. 🎉

The evening was everything I hoped for. A massive thank you to Mari for providing the perfect space for this special evening of connection. 🙌

And to my super special friend - Andrea, your soundbath was exactly what I imagined for my 50th, and YOU guided it and delivered it with such a big, warm, beautiful heart You were magic.✨

To each of my friends who celebrated with me — my first ever all-Irish birthday gathering — thank you. You made me feel seen, celebrated, and so very loved. Such an authentic evening — “just what the doctor ordered”. 🥰

I’ll never forget my big 50. The laughs, the honesty, the warmth.

It was everything that really matters to me being real, feeling deeply, connecting and surrounding yourself with like-minded people.
