When looking for a place to do in person sessions. I really wanted a carefully curated space that felt grounded calm and intentional. I feel the space at soul has this in abundance. As therapeutic work needs a supportive setting.

Hi

Just a little introduction, I have worked in the area of mental health for a decade. In 2023 I decided to progress my career and undertake a MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Since then I have been offering CBT on a community mental health team, supporting people with anxiety disorders and trauma.

During my MSc I was introduced to EMDR by a fellow student. Once the training came up I signed up straight away. EMDR is a powerful tool and really compliments CBT. Especially in the treatment of trauma.

In January 2025, I became a mother further highlighting the importance of mental wellbeing. Pushing me to start this little venture.
