We’re going to open early across locations this Monday, so you can add “☀️ Sauna with friends ☀️” to your list!

** you could also go golfing and then have a sauna! We did that this week with the whole barrel sauna team and it was…a blast (drop us a comment if you want more The Barrel Sauna does pitch n’ putt content)

Yoga n’ sauna with Zoë!!

Ask and you shall receive everyone :) we are so excited to be able to invite you in for a session like this. Our space in Dundrum was built with the intention of being able to offer our community more and collaborate with amazing people.

So come check out our first yoga n’ sauna flow with , it will be nothing short of a wonderful and rejuvenating Sunday morning ☀️

First come first serve as spots are limited, but if you guys enjoy then of course we will do more. To book in:

Have you ever watched someone paint? It sort of mirrors the calm you can give yourself with a sauna.

Take a deep breath, take your time, and take a look at work this weekend.

Kevin is a beautiful lifelong artist whose work hangs in the British National Collection and has been shown in the Louvre. We’re so excited to be able to have him in our space.

He’ll be in Dundrum starting his piece at 12pm in the lounge area. There is no extra charge to watch Kevin paint, this is just an added bit of something different we thought you might enjoy.
