BRAIN STIMULATION THROUGH EYES

Our brains cannot store energy in the same way our muscles do so we need to constantly feed & challenge it to keep it healthy, particularly as we age. This is a really, easy technique you can try at home. Why not SAVE for future reference.

FRIDAY MORN BEACH YOGA is back on Friday 01 May, 7am @ The Cove. This is a 50 min practice giving you plenty of time to get home for work/school run or to just go to the for coffee, let’s be honest!. I love teaching outdoors but this is one of my favourite times to be at the beach. If you’ve seen us there but haven’t joined us yet, what are you waiting for?

YOGA FOR MENOPAUSE NEW TERM 07 MAY - 18 JUNE

One of the best things about teaching yoga for menopause is getting to know these women. Yes this time of life can be hard but having a group of women come together each week to seek info, learn new practices AND have a laugh together is so heart warming.

Each week we explore a different aspect of this midlife stage and learn techniques to support ourselves. It’s all really easy & accessible with LOTS of rest. Handouts are provided each week so you can try a few things at home in between the many jobs of life! Simple things that can be done in the car or waiting for the kettle to boil. This is NOT about creating more work for women, it’s about showing them ways to integrate self care into an already busy life.

BREATH TECHNIQUE FOR ANXIETY

I have been using this really simple technique for a couple of months now and I’ve found it’s really helped to reduced my fairly constant, low level anxiety. This is something a lot of women report feeling during perimenopause due to hormonal fluctuations*.

BEACH YOGA

Beach yoga is back from Saturday 28 March. This will be our 8th consecutive season of outdoor yoga. It’s where it all began & I always feel like it’s my baby…. Extremely unpredictable weather baby! Thanks to all who’ve joined me so far and I’m excited to meet those of you who are yet to join us on beach. I love this community of beach yogis…. Very relaxed & friendly, all welcome. FLEXIBILITY

If I had a euro for every person who tells me they aren’t flexible enough for yoga I’d be absolutely loaded. The only flexibility you need to practice yoga is in the mind. Can you allow yourself to be open to new experiences? That’s literally it. You do not need to be flexible in your body. I offer a variety of types of regular classes and workshops at so there’s something for everyone regardless of experience or energy levels. Whatever your previous experience you’ll be welcomed in and provided with lots of options and variations to find what suits your body best.

The studio is spacious, warm & cosy. We are fully equipped with props, there’s ample parking and it’s easily accessed just off the N11. A drop in costs €16.50 and a 6 class pass is €90 which can be used over an 8 week period.

If you’re open to new experiences, come along.
If you need a little space for yourself, come along.
If you need a little minding, come along.
If you’re not in the least bit flexible, come along.
