Some of the strongest people I know are the ones that need the most support, but tend not to ask for help. They hold everything together and put everyone else’s needs before their own. I know from personal experience that this is not sustainable long term. Eventually you begin to disconnect from your needs and shut down emotionally. You withdraw socially and find it hard to see the joy in your life. Don’t let things get this far. You don’t have to hit rock bottom to deserve support! Does your mind race incessantly? I know the feeling. Before I discovered sound healing I used to find myself stuck in my head, thoughts racing at a 100 miles an hour and feeling as though they would never stop. I would rush from one activity to the next without slowing down enough to take anything in. My sleep was sometimes affected too.

Sound healing changed all this! I finally found something that would keep me in the present moment long enough to actually connect with my body, let go of the endless “to do” list and just drift off.

I work on all levels of consciousness, but for most people, it starts and ends with the physical body. I work on tension held in the body and release this. If I’m called to, this can go deeper into the emotional and spiritual body too. But only what you are ready for.

Happy New Year from the Great Sugar Loaf!

Climbing a mountain always lifts my spirits and helps me gain perspective. It feels like a great way to start the new year. I clearly wasn’t alone in thinking this as the sugar loaf was packed with people of all ages doing a New Year’s Day hike.

2025 brought me many new experiences and opportunities for growth, all of which I’m extremely grateful for. None of it would have been possible without the support of my friends, family and of course all my wonderful clients.

Thank you all for allowing me to continue to do the work I love and for trusting me to support you on your healing journey. 🥰
