I love to go for a walk after hosting a sound bath, to reflect on the experience. The woods feel grounding to me. Getting out in nature is so cleansing.

It is always an honour to work with pregnant women and help them to feel empowered leading up to the birth of their child. I had an amazing experience when both my children were born. I put this down to the acupuncture and therapies I received in the weeks before hand. Learning tools to help keep my mind calm during the storm. I aim to share these with my clients.
