You may like to Join us on our first Pathless Path (formerly Hush Hikes) of the year on Sunday January 18th in Enniskerry.

This will be our 8 year anniversary ♾️ and will coincide with the first New Moon of 2026.

We will take Natures lead during these liminal days of Winter as we Meditate & Mindfully Meander amongst the Forest Trees and Ferns

*A new (optional) & illuminating offering 🌙 will be an invitation to make New Moon Wishes/Intentions in harmony with the energies that will be atmospherically potent in the sign of Capricorn.

All you will need to bring is an open heart, a curious mind and a warm drink. 🌀

These gatherings are mostly held in silence. 🤫

The Hanged One… often associated with Pisces ♓️ and the planet Neptune. The card of spiritual suspension, the flipping of a situation on its head, shifting perspective. We all interpret Tarot differently, I like to think of it as the card of Acceptance.

In times of uncertainty, pain, discomfort etc we often choose to actively ‘do’ something about it, to figure it all out. Very often that ‘something’ is invisible to others.

Whatever inner meditative contemplative work the Hanged One is doing here looks very soothing to me.

They can so easily wriggle their foot out of the rope at any time to reground, to kiss the earth. Can you see that their legs are in a 4️⃣shape? The numerology of stability, security & loyalty.

A worthy shining Halo methinks..

As the Sufi Mystic Rumi says “Do not worry that your life is turning upside down. How do you know that the side you are used to is better than the one to come?”

Dear Clients, Nature Lovers, Friends…

I have a new phone number ( yes ~ every emotion all at once!) so I’m re~setting up Hush hikes with a new heading for 2026 ~ The Pathless Path.

I set up a new what’s app group too so i hope I’ve remembered most if not all of you. Please do jump group if it’s no longer a fit for you, also please dm if you’d like my new number (security) to be added or to add any friends.

The intention is to re~gather & re~connect with the Cycles, Healing & Wonder of Nature in Wicklow and beyond through meditation & mindful movement amongst magical majestic trees 🌲

On the 12.12.12.12 portal just now I found this hag stone (and a heart 💛) on the north beach… A Hag stone is a natural talisman for protection and good fortune, a tangible link to ancient folklore.

The naturally formed stone with a hole going right through is believed to possess powerful magical protection against evil and used for seeing into the otherworld 🌀🌙

Sitting with my cacao this morning musing on how I’m nourished and resourced by living cyclically with nature, the moon in particular. A Moon Mná.

Her fullness 🌕 illuminates new pathways on this pathless path we walk… and sometimes crawl. Her Newness 🌙 which begins in the darkness, just like us in the womb, brings rebirth…an opportunity to begin again.

We all have a natal moon phase, it tells us our Dán, our gift. I was born on a progressed gibbous phase~ a thinker, born on the cusp of an almost full moon when there’s a sense of energy excitement & expectation in the air ~ she’s saying “Hang on, You’re almost there!”

Interestingly too the day my Mum died in 2022, (the moon relates to the ‘Mother’) the moon was at the exact time of my birth, my progressed lunar return, a time of a deep emotional homecoming, marking a major shift into new phases of maturity and self-understanding….How’s that for Mother Moon Magik!

Driving home on Tuesday this week my Son admired the Moon, my interests beyond our shared love of movies and music are often greeted with eye rolls but this observation of his filled me with LunarJoy 🤩

Gabe left school shortly before midday.
Approx 12:45pm – Bray (CCTV)
Gardai are pursuing a credible CCTV sighting in Sports Direct, Bray. Images included below.
Chromebook belonging to Gabe was logged into at 4pm yesterday.
This requires WiFi to access. Gardai are working to obtain IP details before battery dies.
No confirmed sightings since.
No indication that this was planned. He left without money, without his phone, and without taking anything from home.

The Celtic Three clearings on my walk today, which each nudged me to walk another path. The pathless path. A friendly cow nudged me between the natural clearing between two more cows but I soon got a clear No, and moved to the hill clearing and then the wood and stone stile clearing. Breakfast on Gorse Hill with Full Moon Water ~ A morning of beauty. 🍄 🌳 🐄 🌊 🌀 “Know a wild place intimately and it will become a part of your dreams by night and by day.” Quote Unknown..

With that humdinger of an eclipse portal behind us we wake today to a new lunar phase and greet a significant turning point of the year ~ a day of equal light & darkness ☯️

The season of allowing things to fall away slowly & beautifully is in the air. Tonight we gather around the campfire with Mari to celebrate Autumn 🍂 Equinox ~ what are we composting.. what are we harvesting?

The Haw berries are harvesting in Brandy & my carefully chosen fairy tree for the last Celtic year will bring her 6 week percolating potion to its heart healing readiness on Samhain. Now that’s magical 🪄timing!

A Golden Thread is a phrase I heard in session with the gentle & wise which refers to a series of universal nudges which gather momentum, leading us to our highest good.

These 🪡’s are an intuitive sense to trust your body/mind/heart/gut/soul prompts whether they appear random or mysterious.

Perhaps this New Moon half day retreat feels like a universal nudge along your Golden Thread…. 🪡

We will be weaving the following threads throughout the morning… as always…everything is invitational;

⭕️ A ‘Way of the Council’ Circle
Ceremonial Cacao/Hawthorn Tea
Guided Meditation
Facial Reflexology /Reiki
Mindful Garden and/or Forest Walk (weather permitting!)

⭕️A Way of the Council circle is an age-old practice bringing people together in a circle to bear witness and share authentically. Through gentle visual & audible prompts, we pass a talking piece & Participants share their personal stories & experiences, and listen non-judgmentally while others do the same ~ Or very welcome to choose not to share 💚
Sharing and/or listening to universal stories about love, loss, fear, triumph, challenge, hope and other experiences enables participants to recognize that, despite our many differences, we have much in common.
