The team at Applewood Physio & Pilates are members of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists, so you can be reassured you are in the hands of highly trained professionals. Both Jean and Eilis are committed to continued learning in order to keep up to date with the latest evidence-based research so they can deliver the best possible treatment. Jean has worked in private practice for over 25 years and specialises in back and neck pain. Eilis has been working for 5 years, having gained experience in the national orthopedic hospital and working with various All Ireland League rugby and Airtricity League soccer teams over the years.

Today is World Diabetes Day - it's the primary global awareness campaign focusing on diabetes mellitus. This year the campaign focuses on Diabetes and Well-being - and Diabetes Ireland has a website filled with useful links and articles on all topics relating to living well with Diabetes. 🌊Swim in Pink is back on Sunday October 5th at 10.30am at The Cove, Greystones. This hugely popular fundraising event celebrates its 5th Anniversary this year. Organised by the NBCRI (the National Breast Cancer Research Institute) and takes place every October as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, this event encourages participants to dip, swim or splash in support of Breast Cancer Research.
