Joyful Healing

Joyful Healing Joyful Healing is a complementary healing business offering Reiki, Sound Therapy, Sound baths and Phone: 0861624647
E-mail: denisehillk@gmail.com

Joyful Healing offers reiki, tameana and sound therapy healing sessions using sacred solfeggio tuning forks, along with chimes, tibetan and crystal bowls, gongs and drum to relax, de-stress and balance your mind, body and spirit. Each modality can work as a complementary treatment alongside conventional health therapies, and boost the immune system. Reiki and tameana are non-intrusive hands-on/hands-off healing therapies using universal life-force energy, enhancing the body to heal itself. Sound therapy sessions are carried out using sacred sound healing instruments, that reawaken and distribute unused energy our bodies are carrying, but not using, again to help the body heal and balance itself and indeed to empower oneself. Please contact Denise for further information or to make an appointment.

Memories Christine Lundmark

The Slea Head Drive is one of Ireland’s most scenic routes, located on the Di**le Peninsula in County Kerry. It’s a circular route (about 47 km) that starts and ends in Di**le town, following the Wild Atlantic Way along the rugged coastline.

What to Expect

Stunning coastal views: Cliffs, beaches, and views of the Blasket Islands.

Historical sites: Beehive huts, Dunbeg Fort, Gallarus Oratory.

Wild Atlantic landscapes: Dramatic cliffs, rolling green fields, and the famous Coumeenoole Beach.

Famine-era history: The Dun Chaoin (Dunquin) Pier and famine cottages.

Irish culture: The area is part of the Gaeltacht, where Irish is still spoken.

'You must be very cautious of anyone promising you will be certified to practice Sound Baths/Gong Baths/Sound Meditations etc. after an online training without any Live content, after a one day “Masterclass” or even a Wknd Intensive. This is particularly true when it comes to working with Special Needs, including working with children, or any other specialised care categories such as in Nursing Homes. Likewise the only one who is likely to call you a “Professional” on completion is the one who sold you the course.

A Professional Sound Therapist in Ireland is someone who has completed an extensive Accredited training course and is part of a Standards and Accreditation Board with an elected committee, e.g. the Association of Sound Therapists Ireland.'

Annmarie will be hosting the final workshop of the day - an exciting combination of chakra chants and Yin Yoga

A Journey through Yin Yoga & Sound Therapy
by Annmarie Hughes

In this workshop, participants will explore the chakras through the healing resonance of Bija Seed Mantras, using voice and sound instruments, paired with a seated Yin Yoga upper-body sequence to cultivate stillness and release.

Annmarie Hughes is a holistic therapist, yoga and meditation teacher, and the founder of Healing Space Dublin. With a passion for integrative healing, Annmarie weaves together sound vibration, mantra, and gentle movement to support relaxation and energetic balance.
