Yoga is so much more than just poses! 🙏 Did you know the practice actually has 8 limbs? Most of us begin with the 3rd limb, Asana (physical postures), and then move to the 4th, Pranayama (breathwork).

But here’s the thing: the first two limbs—Yamas (ethical disciplines) and Niyamas (self-observances)—often get skipped because they’re arguably the most challenging. These foundational limbs guide how we interact with the world and ourselves. They’re about our ethical conduct and personal discipline – the “harder” work that truly transforms.

Feeling so much gratitude after the International Day of Yoga! ✨ It was a powerful day where Yoga with Parag connected with our community through the power of breath and balance.

And because of that beautiful energy, I was delighted to share that we’ve donated €750 to Greystones Cancer Support! They’ve been a beacon of hope in Greystones for three decades, and it’s an honor to contribute to their vital work. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this happen!

Nature, in its myriad forms, is a living, breathing testament to the interconnectedness of all things. Just as the delicate wings of this creature are perfectly adapted to its environment, so too are we, in our essence, intricately woven into the grand tapestry of the universe.

A yogic path invites us to observe this harmony, not just outwardly, but within. The breath that flows through us, the stillness we seek in meditation, the surrender to the present moment – these are echoes of nature’s rhythm. When we align with this natural flow, we dissolve the illusion of separation and remember our true nature: infinite, boundless, and eternally connected to the life force that animates all.

May this moment of shared presence, with a tiny creature and a vast landscape, be a gentle reminder to breathe, to observe, and to find the deep peace that resides in our inherent unity with all of existence.
