Happy World Sauna Day! (for yesterday!) 🔥

Better late than never 😏

Each year when this day comes around, it reminds us of where we started all those years ago in 2019. 10 minute sessions, led to 20, led 30, led to an hour. And we've still got so much to go but we're here to hold your hand along the way.

It's great to see where the Irish sauna culture is going. So many different ways to do it. So many different operators speaking their own language, which is amazing to see to ensure that there is a space for everybody and anybody.

Here’s to the heat, the calm and the good vibes.

Emmet is our new site lead in our OG Costa Del Greystones home 🏠

Emmet is an active member of many other local communities such as Forus running club and an advocate for all things healthy lifestyle.

What a journey this man has been on and thankful to have him on our team after graduating from the programme and rediscover his new craving for all things lifestyle and life itself 🙌🏽

Three months in at our new Blackrock sauna facility, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the response 🧡💙

Our Speakeasy Sauna was carefully designed for those who seek the rewards of the heat... a restorative space built around connection, presence, and wellness. Since opening, we’ve welcomed over 10,000 people from both our local community and far beyond, and have been amazed by how many have travelled specifically to Blackrock just for the sauna experience.

We’ve been especially delighted by the feedback surrounding the introduction of our Cíunas Sauna... a trademark reflection of what we believe is an important part of Irish culture: creating a sauna environment that isn’t strictly silent, but still deeply restorative. A place where conversation is softened, minimal, and respectful much like sitting in a snug.

As always, we’ve loved hearing how much people value the social side of the space too the chance to connect, engage, and share moments with strangers, friends, and colleagues alike.

We’re also incredibly excited for the partnerships we have in the pipeline, and proud of those we’ve already brought to life with some amazing brands across the health, wellness, and wider lifestyle industries.

Because at Fad Saoil, we truly believe sauna is a space for everybody and anybody.
