Hello everyone from Hillcrest Centre. Now based at Greystones and Gorey. We hope you are enjoying this very uplifting weather. However we are conscious that good weather doesn't always raise everyone's spirits. For some this
can be a challenging time ... awaiting Leaving Cert results, ongoing employment/financial/health concerns. Hello. Everyone. That time of year again. When are struggling to adjust to schedules and plan our winter programme of events. Hillcrest is still hosting meditation yoga Pilates with other classes proposed.... Dance of the rainbow.
