Happy new year to you all. Here is the timetable for yoga classes starting Monday Jan 13th. Eleven weeks €110. Duration of each class is 1 hour 30 minutes.
Mon: 10.30am
Tue: 10.30am and 8pm
Wed: 8pm
Thur: 8pm
Fri: 10.30am
Only limited spaces remaining so please private message me or phone to check availability.

YOGA BARN SPRING / SUMMER CLASSES begin next week, Monday, April 29th. Morning classes @ 10.30 am on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Evening classes @ 8.pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Please book in advance.
A FREE EVENT, OPEN TO EVERYONE : The Healing Chant and Meditation Practice will be taking place on Saturday 4th May at 7.30 pm. This is an opportunity to experience the soothing repetition of mantra, followed by a guided meditation into stillness and inner silence. No booking and no experience needed, feel free to just show up.

CHANT IN THE NEW YEAR ..... Thanks to all who joined us for the healing chant on Saturday night. The next date will be the 6th of January, first Saturday in 2018 ... easeing into the new year gently with the healing chant and all our good intentions. Hopefully see you then. Happy Christmas.
