So delighted to see all the businesses posting about reopening, today’s news was very positive after a long, tough few months.

I would like to share with you all that I will be joining the team at Hair & Beauty Services, Sligo from next Tuesday 4th May. I will continue to use this page to post about hair and beauty products and if anyone needs help or advice I will be happy to help 😊

I would like to wish all businesses the very best of luck in preparing to reopen in the coming weeks 🤗

With great sadness and much thought, I have decided that unfortunately, I won’t be reopening Velvet Hair Lounge once restrictions are eased.

A new and exciting career opportunity has presented itself and this feels like the right move for myself and my family at this time.

While I am devastated to be letting my loyal customers down, I hope you can all understand and appreciate this was a very difficult decision which was not made lightly.

I will never be able to thank you all enough for your continued support over the past 5 years of my business. You all helped to make Velvet Hair Lounge the successful salon it was and I will be forever grateful and so so proud of that.

Also, I cannot thank the people of Enniscrone for being so welcoming from day one and to all local businesses and organisations for your support in so many ways. Thank you all so so much.

Many thanks to Rachel and all the lovely team members that were once a part of Velvet Hair Lounge. I am so grateful for your contribution over the years.

I will be continuing with Bridal hair, this move will not affect any existing Bridal bookings so any Brides reading this please don’t worry.

Also, you will be delighted to hear that the salon in Enniscrone will be reopening under a new name and management, details on this will be revealed soon and I can assure you, your hair will be in good hands. All vouchers will be transferred and can still be used there.
