Give yourself and your baby the gift of your undivided attention and sign up to my 5 week baby massage class starting in April. The benefits are incredible and the techniques learned can help relieve gas and colic as well as teach you strategies to eliminate constipation and discomfort. It's an informal baby led class taught by myself Grace (Midwife and Certified Infant Massage Instructor). Best for pre crawlers it's an excellent opportunity to enhance your understanding of normal baby behaviour, reading and respecting cues and enhancing your parenting skills. Classes are 90 mins long, all oils, information handouts and refreshments included. Total cost 120 euro.
