No one is perfect and not every day is good but there is always something perfect in one day. Living a healthy life through proper nutrition, physical exercise and a positive mind will help you become a better and happier person. Yoga and exercise helps us to come into our bodies more, clear the mind of stress and tension and let go of what does not serve us. A good whole food diet and physical activity can help us feel, look and think better from day to day. Whether you are a pro athlete, gym go-er or someone who has never exercised before or just have a generally unhealthy diet/lifestyle, we can all improve on the person we are today. When we learn to connect the mind with the body through healthy eating, daily exercise, positive thinking, gratitude and appreciating small things in life, we can become the best of ourselves. Remember health and fitness is not a destination its a journey through life. All those small decisions and actions either improve us or teach us a lesson, you are in control of your life. I want to helpyou to become a better person through healthy lifestyle change; yoga information, classes, mindfulness, meditation, poses, easy recipes, fitness motivation, weight-loss, strength, conditioning, hypertrophy, woman's fitness, nutrition tips are what I cover. A lovely few weeks to replenish the soul 🌊🌞

A beautiful time spent in the West with family & then up north for a day with friends 🫶

Lots of time spent in the water, Connecting inward and also plenty of time to socialise too it's all about finding that balance and it will never be perfectly balanced. We sacrifice one thing for the other and I'm happy to return to normality tomorrow & feeling so grateful to look forward to the work I do every day 🫶

What's in this class?

A mixture of

💪Strength work- bodyweight, dumbells, bands, Kettlebells

🦵Pilates style - floor based exercises

It's all tailored to the postnatal mum targeting:

⏩️Posture

⏩️Strength

⏩️Mobility

Building strong foundations postnatally is crucial to the body and mind. You cannot simply start back or bounce back to where you were before. Your body is not the same as it was pre pregnancy sooooo many psychological, physical and emotional change has happened. Please give yourself grace & compassion for what you've endured. It's one of the hardest transformations we will endure in a lifetime, matrescence is the transition to motherhood and each pregnancy brings new challenges too.

I not only coach you to understand your body, but your mind, how that's transformed & changed, know what's normal- anxiety, sleeplessness, rage, sadness alongside this new love in your heart that can never be put into words.

Updated class schedule for my weekly Yoga & Fitness classes 🩷

Delighted to be adding more yoga to my schudale which will be held in the beautiful new space Tuesdays & Thursdays ✨️🧘‍♀️

My regular fitness classes that are all booked through my fitness WhatsApp group each week, a growing community of ladies in a small group training environment 3 days a week 💪🏃‍♀️🦵🏋‍♀️

Pregnancy Yoga is held in Ballinlough old school which is block booked. Next round starting August 5th and I just adore holding this space for mums 🩷

My goal, my drive and passion is to bring health & wellbeing to woman through every day fitness, movement & mindfulness. Finding the balance in life with kids, work, busy lives but putting your health in mind and body helps you better able to not only manage but thrive in your life. Then my classes are for you 💪🙌

I'm competitive by nature but I've learned that as a woman, I will not be peaking every day or week, and that's perfectly fine 🚺☯️

I want woman to step into my space where they are welcomed to push themselves- or just show up if that's what you need to do today because that's what we want- CONSISTENCY - NOT PERFECTION, NOT MAX EFFORT EVERY DAY - show up give it all you've got that day- and every day is different 🏃‍♀️🏋‍♀️🧘‍♀️

All classes are small group training spaces where you get individually pushed, watched, and helped every step of the way 🙏

Classes are €10 PAYG (apart from strong seniors), and booking is via group WhatsApp.

FITNESS CLASSESS !!

I Never really post here any timetables but here is your reminder I'm only up the road offering small group focused womans classes-

🏋‍♀️Strength & Conditioning- mostly weight with some endurance work popped in there. Focus is on form using barbells, dumbells & kbs- improving strength weekly & monthly 8

🏋‍♀️Weights- majority weights class - slow and focused on form, technique and your individual ability.

🏃‍♀️Hyrox- running and a hyrox based class with different length runs depending on your ability and fitness level 🙌

🧘‍♀️Yoga - back in May one evening a week focused on slow mindful movement in each class building flexibility, mobility and connection to the body & breath ✨️

If you've any questions or want to join a class DM - Class bookings are through group WhatsApp- a support group- we are more than just your regular class - a place for woman to gain STRENGTH on the inside and out and unbreakable confidence in yourself 🩷

Happy Earth Day 🫶

Nature is the greatest teacher of life we could ever know. It's abundance, it's beauty, it's intelligence and teachings are beyond what most humans actually truely appreciate or even contemplate. We are so gifted to share this earth with the trees, the animals, the micro organisims that I think, is sometimes actually more intelligent than us humans 🤣

When we sit back in it's glory and allow mother earth to hold us in her abundance, her love, her nurturing essence we learn more than any other human could teach us and that's the essence of who we are as humans 🤍

Take a moment today to sit in awe at the tiniest part she has to offer, the rain drops, the roots of a tree, the blades of green grass. Find wonder in simplicity and connect, expand and let go into a state of nothing- it's here we meet our soul, our spirit, God, source energy, oneness, divinity ✨️🌳🌼🌲🐝🌾🐞🌱⚘️🍃🌷🏵🍁🍀🌻

Evolving through life

I want to help you to become a better person through healthy lifestyle change; yoga, online classes, meditation, breath work, easy recipes, improving fitness & performance, weight-loss, strength & conditioning, hypertrophy (building muscle, body building, whatever you want to call it! woman's fitness, nutrition and food science are some areas I have worked in and studied over the past 12 years in the fitness industry. I love to learn new things all the time and help inform people about areas I have knowledge on, So if you have any questions or comments please feel free to share them.

Life is about learning, making mistakes and learning again- Evolving! A never ending cycle of creation.
