If I’m honest, posting testimonials about myself feels a bit uncomfortable… but I also deeply value the experiences people have shared after sessions.

Many hands make light work and all that.

Dairy free pancakes
100g spelt flour (easier to digest)
3 eggs
300ml hazelnut milk
Scoop of vegan protein powder
1 or 2 Table spoons psyllium husk (soluble fibre)
1 table spoon coconut sugar
Sprinkle cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt

Measure
Whisk
Fry on pan with ghee or coconut oil.

Some snaps of our Somatic Movement and Sound Bath day.

So much gratitude to those that attended.

The 'work' we do on the mat doesn't just stay there, it ripples out into our lives.
When we inhabit our body, we inhabit our lives- we feel and live more.
When we find the boundary of our body, sense and feel our skin, we find boundaries in our life.
When we take up space on the mat, like the beautiful propeller movement we did today, then we take up space in our lives.

This 'work' matters. It changes everything.

Ballinlough Church Hall

The old school, where my Dad went to school, and his dad before him. Also where my m**s mam went to school..I remember the stories of her walking barefoot, and bringing some turf for the fire.
The school is seeped in memories for many Nulty and Quinn relations and ancestors, including Maureen Nulty Fagan, who has shared many stories with me.

To offer my work in this space feels very special. A weaving and healing of past and present.
