At Hand in Hand Children’s Occupational Therapy Centre, we aim to provide the highest-quality evidence based assessment and intervention for children and families. Children’s Occupational Therapy is focused on how the child manages their everyday activities of play, learning and self-care (feeding, dressing, toileting) in essence their “occupation”. The aim of Children’s Occupational Therapy is to support and enhance the child’s participation in these activities to the best of their ability at home, school and with in their wider community. Children’s Occupational Therapy strives to enable each child experience a sense of accomplishment and success in their activities of daily living, fostering a sense of well-being and positive self-worth. We provide assessment and intervention for children and adolescents with various diagnosis such as;

Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD)
Dyspraxia
Down Syndrome
Attention Disorders (ADD, ADHD)
Autism Spectrum Disorders
Neurological Conditions (Cerebral Palsy, Various Syndromes etc.) Learning Difficulties
