Herbal workshop on the Respiratory System with medical herbalist Bridget Rooney

Saturday August 16th

📌Castletownmoor Organic Farm, Carlanstown, Kells, Co Meath .Eircode A82H0K2.

⏰️ 10am until 4pm .

Hi everyone, we are taking names for our next workshop now.

We will be focusing on the Respiratory system, working with herbs to support ease and balance of our breathing system, from the nose right through to the lungs.

We will be identifying native herbs in our organic herb garden. We will discuss their benefits and, how to prepare them into medicinal formulas for you and your family.

Inside we will show you how to make teas, infusions, tinctures, oils and cream etc.

You will get to make your own tincture and herbal oil to take home.

Organic lunch included, please advise beforehand if you are on a special diet.
