✨️Welcoming Maria to our team! ✨️Maria is a skilled senior chartered physiotherapist specialising in Orthopedics/Traumatology and Chinese Medicine. She obtained an Honours degree in physiotherapy in 2009.
She is an expert in chronic pain management, physiotherapy and acupuncture during pregnancy. Being a certified doula in Ireland allows her to better understand the pregnancy journey and provide more holistic, compassionate care throughout this special time.
Maria skills include: manual therapy, dry needling, clinical Pilates and acupuncture.

The most common cause of dizziness is called benign positional paroxysmal vertigo or BPPV. It is called BPPV because it is benign (not harmful to your health), paroxysmal (it can occur without warning), positional (it is brought on by a specific type of head movement) and vertigo (you feel a sensation of spinning).

Dizziness can come in many forms, a common cause is benign positional paroxysmal vertigo or BPPV.
