What an amazing way to start the week ☀️

I was so honoured to be invited to an exclusive event on Monday with Et Al Makeup, hosted by the International Institute for Active Ageing (IIAA), in the beautiful Morgan Hotel, Dublin.

It was wonderful to spend the morning with salon owners from around the country and the incredible IIAA team. We heard from Dr. Gaby, the Medical Director behind the science of this amazing brand, and from Nush, the makeup artist who co-created Et Al Makeup.

What I love most about this brand is that it combines high-performance makeup with real skincare benefits. From foundations that improve skin hydration, to concealers that can help reduce sebum, every product is packed with skincare actives at functional levels.

I was fascinated to learn that even the lip gloss balm contains a tripeptide complex to help boost collagen and hyaluronic acid production, while the eyeliners and lip liners contain ceramides, making them so gentle and suitable even for sensitive or irritated skin.

We also got to watch Nush create the most gorgeous, fresh daytime look, and I picked up so many fabulous tips and tricks that I can’t wait to share with my clients.

To top it all off, I was delighted and honoured to take part in the panel discussion and speak about how much I love the brand and the client events we host.

A truly special morning and such a fabulous start to the week. Thank you so much to IIAA for inviting me 💛

A beautiful morning filled with hope, love and gratitude 💛
So grateful to have shared this special yoga fundraiser with my daughter Heidi at “Hope in Every Breath”, hosted by Megan from in The Headfort Arms Hotel.
The energy in the room, the gentle flow, and Aisling Regan’s beautiful poem from reminded us all of the power of support and community.
Continuing to keep Sharon and her family in our hearts as she continues her treatment. 💛

What a fantastic evening at the Headfort Golf Club Fashion Show fundraiser last Friday ✨

I was delighted to be invited by Lady Captain Regina to exhibit on behalf of Headfort Spa Rooms and showcase what we are all about.

It was such a special evening of fashion, community and connection, all in support of Parkinson’s Ireland Meath Branch and the Book of Memories Café Kells.

It was lovely to be alongside Paddy Duff’s Footwear, Kells, and Jackie from The Emporium, with incredible fashion from boutiques across Meath, including Kells, Navan, Athboy and Trim.

A huge congratulations to everyone involved for organising such a wonderful event, and to local tenor Matthew Gilsenan for adding so much to the occasion.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by my stand to chat about skin health, gut health and the gut-brain axis. I was also delighted to donate a raffle prize for such a worthy cause 💛
